The solution to pollution is dilution
An infamous phase used by the nuclear industry.
Though it applies also to chemical spills not just nuclear ones.
And our biggest spill of all: CO2.
It actually deoes work so long …
★ one knows about the nature and degree of toxicity (to humans and nature) of what is released
★ high concentrations in the immediate vicinity of the release are avoided
★ pollutants decay faster than one adds them.
As soon any of these get violated it becomes problematic.
Especially for the last one.
