Microcomponent recomposer microbot

Similar to microcomponent maintenance microbots but with focus on
recomposing microcomponents rather than maintaining them.
That is recomposers shuffle microcomponents around rather tinkering with their internals
via provided testing interfaces and/or subsystem replacement slots or such.
