Crystolecular element
From apm
A crystolecule that is meant to become part of a bigger assembly.
See: Crystolreule and Terminology for parts.
A Crystolecular element can be a structural- or a machine-element.
Effect of big minimal size of some crystolecular machine elements on assembly process
Some machine elements minimal size may be so big such that
they cannot be assembled at the first assembly level in place
directly from molecule fragments but rather must
be assembled out of place in the next higher second assembly level to
more self-cntained crystolecular units.
