Sadly as of 2024 there is not a single series out there going beyond magic nanobots
to more modern things like things like chip based nanofactories.
Particularly not non-medical constructive applications.
And most series are Shonen / Mecha lesser Seinen and or philosophical.

- Kaiba - Peculiarly the body factories planet episode.
- Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet – Some minor mentions of nanotechnology being involved. Great world building.
- Birdy the Mighty - A lot is shown but nothing explained or named (a bit more on the shonen side).
- Gankutsuou: The Count of Monte Cristo - mostly a nasty revenge epos though. Some interesting world building.
- Kights of Sidonia & Blame! - Both SciFi horor shows so far-off future scenarios that "dystopian" does not even apply
- Real Drive - barely any mention of nanotech though
