Means of thermally driven selfassembly with progressively weaker positional constraints:
- Tether assisted assembly
- Constraint of motion to 2D membrane(s)
- Constrain of motion within volume(s) bound by membranes (vesicles)
This goes very close to synthetic biology.
As such it becomes quite unrelated to targeted development towards advanced APM.
Where the aim is to using soft nanomachinery to get to sfiff nanomachinery ASAP.
