I.e. full knowledge of all the relevant spacetime trajectories. There are several more fine-grained definitions as e.g. defined in the book [[nanosystems]] or as used there in [[Main Page\|this wiki]]. The term is emphasizing the contrast to gas phase and particularly liquid phase as it is present in nano-biological systems where such complete knowledge is not (or barely [[topological atomic precision]]) present.
